Exhibition Booth Design and Construction

What are the costs you cover in the proposal and what are not?

Standard Quotation covers – Logistic, labour for setup and dismantle, production cost for structure, rental cost for Furniture, Lighting, AV.

Organiser charges can be covered if you can provide the exhibitor manual during proposal stage.

Cost that are not covered – Client logistic for sending products or marketing collateral, Graphic design cost for poster. Client product installation unless request ahead.

How long do you need for production?

Preferably 3-4 weeks before event depends on booth size.

Can you work with our specific design ideas or themes?

If you have some ideas that you like feel free to share with us, we can work with them accordingly.

What industries do you cater to?

Our expertise is in Architecture, F&B, Education, Machinery, Medical, but any industries is welcome to talk with us.

Can you provide examples of past projects or client references?

You may refer our website or social media for the recent project we do. If you are looking for a complete portfolio please contact us.

How are you different from other contractors?

Our motto is maximising clients’ marketing budget and help client grow.
So we focus on understanding clients’ product, and see how we can incorporate product into design, or highlighting clients’ strength to stand out in competition.
We provide solutions and strategies to help client track and achieve marketing goal like leads generation, brand awareness or sales. We will advice the strategies or solutions that is best suit to client’s objective within given budget. Not simply providing a booth design.

If we have urgent matter and account manager is not reachable, what can we do?

All client will be provided with the director’s direct number which you can call for help during emergencies.

Can we reuse the booth? Can I request to store my booth structure for the next exhibition? How many times can we reuse the booth?

You may reuse the booth if you are planning to participate in more than 3 events a year.
We provide storage charges at a fee during months of non setup.
A booth normally can be reused 4-5 times within a year, however it also depends on the complexity of design and condition of structure.

Can you assist with logistics and product installation for the exhibition?

Yes, but this can be arranged ahead during proposal stage with a charge.

Can we make adjustments during the set-up day?

If major structural change, then it is not doable as design need to be approved before construction. Minor changes like poster printing, adding lightings / furniture, these can be done at a cost.

Are last-minute changes acceptable?

Do you provide design and printing for marketing collaterals such as poster, brochures?

At least 3 weeks before delivery, we have a another team specialised on this.

Can you provide price estimation based on booth size?

For custom design small booths, you may refer the following guidelines :
3mx3m – From 12k onwards
6mx3m – From 18k onwards
For big booths, you can budget from RM 1000/ sqm for a special design.

Do Dxclusive (M) Sdn Bhd offer service for exhibitions that are outside of Malaysia?

Yes, we can. We have partners in China, Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Dubai, Europe and US. Overseas project have to confirm at least 3 months ahead.
